Ocean City —
A female victim alleges she was sexually assaulted by two men she met on the Boardwalk after they invited her back to a private residence.
The Ocean City Police Department received a report of an aggravated sexual assault at 1:25 a.m. on June 11 in the 2900 block of West Ave.
The victim, a 15-year-old female, reported that she met the two males on the Boardwalk earlier that night. The two males were believed to be staying in Ocean City for the week. She then went with them to their rental unit where the alleged sexual assault occurred.
The victim left the residence after the assault and reported the incident to a family member a short time later.
The investigating officers located the two suspects, who were still at the address where the assault occurred. Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.
Koshion Thomas, 18, of Bristol Pa. was charged with aggravated sexual assault in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Joshua M. Jenkine, 23, of Bristol, Pa. was charged with aggravated sexual assault in the first degree, sexual assault with physical force and endangering the welfare of a child.
The suspects were charged on an arrest warrant issued by Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten. Both suspects were being held at the Cape May County Correctional Facility each on $300,000 cash bail.
