FIT leader to keep tabs on city spending

OCEAN CITY – Fairness in Taxes (FIT), a local watchdog group that’s scrutinized city spending and advocated for the best use of taxpayer’s money, has a new president. That president, David Breeden, said he plans to continue that scrutiny.

Breeden, FIT’s former vice president, was selected to the top post on Nov. 1.
