Flooding, bicycling are on residents’ minds

Ward meeting hears complains about standing water, unsafe bikers

OCEAN CITY – Flooding and traffic continue to be primary concerns of attendees at a July 27 meeting held by Fourth Ward Councilman Bob Barr at the Ocean City Free Public Library.

Barr, who represents the Fourth Ward, conducted the meeting with Councilman-At-Large Keith Hartzell and Department Community Development head Vince Bekier. The three answered the public’s questions on a variety of topics.
