Chairman, city at odds over storm work done at Pecks Beach Village

OCEAN CITY – Members of the Ocean City Housing Authority will meet with representatives of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on March 21 in Newark to seek advice on paying the city for $1.2 million of renovations to low-income housing units following Hurricane Sandy.

Housing Authority Vice Chairman Stephen Lalli was tasked to review the city’s bills and write a report on renovations the city performed to 60 units at Pecks Beach Village, which suffered extensive flood damage from the October 2012 storm.
