OCEAN CITY – Prior to and following hours of public comment on bullying, drug use and student mental health concerns in the Ocean City School District, district administrators and Board of Education members outlined the district’s programs and plans to address the issues raised and discussed additional solutions. 

These comments, during a Board of Education meeting last Wednesday, Oct. 21, came less than a week after Ocean City High School sophomore John Delgrande committed suicide. Delgrande died on Friday, Oct. 16.
