OCEAN CITY – For two hours Oct. 21, Ocean City High School alumni, students and community members addressed the Ocean City Board of Education, shared personal stories of bullying and mental illness struggles and implored administration and the board to take action in the wake of two student suicides. 

On Friday, Oct. 16, John Delgrande, an Ocean City High School sophomore, died.
