Upper school board joins OPRA request for state aid formula

UPPER TOWNSHIP — Upper Township’s Board of Education is unchanged in 2020, and three returning school board members took the oath of office Monday, Jan. 6, during a reorganization meeting.

Three candidates — William Sooy, Michele Barbieri and Kristie Brown Chisholm — ran unopposed for three seats in the November 2019 election.
