MAYS LANDING — A Marshallville man has been charged with attempted murder and other offenses in connection with striking and running over a motorcyclist, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

At about 2:25 p.m. Sunday, May 26, officers from the Hamilton Township Police Department responded to the area of Somers Point-Mays Landing Road and Babcock Road after receiving a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck that fled the scene.

The operator of the motorcycle was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Campus in Atlantic City, and admitted for treatment of critical injuries. The pickup truck was located and stopped by Hamilton Township police. The driver, Noah Frost, 35, was detained.

Investigation revealed that Frost’s pickup truck had struck the victim’s motorcycle and then struck and ran over the victim. Both Frost and the victim are known to be affiliated with the Pagans’ Outlaw Motorcycle Club.

Frost was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault by auto and leaving the scene of an accident. He was taken into custody and lodged in the Atlantic County Jail.
