The warring press releases from the Ocean City and Upper Township boards of education over the holidays are escalating the battle between the school districts, not solving anything.

The issue boils down to how the Ocean City School District handles School Choice students from its neighbor on the mainland. There are important related issues, but Choice students are causing the tensions.
