In mid-May, Sentinel photographer Kristen Kelleher captured a beautiful image.

It was of a little girl of color in the Pecks Beach Village neighborhood smiling as she navigated a bicycle through an obstacle course of bright orange cones. In the background was a blonde female Ocean City police officer smiling broadly at the effort.
