Where is the push to fix nation’s roads, bridges?

According to the American Road & Transportation Builders Associations’ annual report, about 7 percent – 47,052 of the nation’s 616,087 bridges – are “structurally deficient and in poor condition.” 

Even more frightening, the report notes that there are 178 million daily crossings over structurally deficient bridges.
