To the Editor:

I submitted the flooding petition at the City Council meeting last Thursday night.  The hot topic for the evening was an ordinance that requires teenagers who perform on the Boardwalk to register with the city and pay a $50 fee.  Along with the pet projects the city likes to spend your taxpayer dollars on, it’s this kind of stuff that so fully captivates their attention.
