OCEAN CITY — Lots of builders can create a great house, but it takes a family, years of memories and loving care to make it a home. Such is the case with the oversized single at 336 Seabright in the popular Gardens section of the city.

The Colonial-style home, one of the original five on the street, was built in 1925 and added onto extensively over the decades. It now offers 3,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, a formal living room, formal dining room, family room, casual dining area, three bathrooms, a powder room and two fireplaces on three floors — and that’s not counting the large shower, patio with fireplace, wood deck or brick barbecue in the backyard.
