VENTNOR — The historic home at 110 S. Dorset Ave. in Ventnor’s exclusive St. Leonard’s Tract neighborhood, known as the Holy Family Seaside Convent, is steeped in history and grandeur.

Just two houses from the beach and boardwalk, the 6,000-square-foot home features 15 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, chapel and multiple other spaces for storage and whatnot on four floors.
