LINWOOD – Mainland Regional boys basketball coach Dan Williams was not shy about saying he wants to see more out of his team in practice leading up to the season opener Thursday at South Jersey Group IV power Millville.

The Mustangs reached the finals of the NJSIAA Group III finals for the first time in more than a decade before falling to eventual state-champion Moorestown. The three graduating seniors on that team – Tommy Zanaras, Angelo Barron and Joe Massari – drove themselves to get better each practice.
